1.) Communicate your custom rubber need.

There are several ways to relay information to Synaflex:

Conversation

A descriptive face-to-face or phone conversation with our production team.

Email

An emailed or faxed dimensional drawing or sketch of the part of cross section needed.

Providing a Sample

If a sample or existing part is available, it can be shared with our team for production.

2.) Receive response or quote within one day.

We offer 24-hour turnaround time on most quotes and guarantee direct communication with you as well.

Cost per part/foot basis

Synaflex will provide the cost to manufacture the part in units or by size.

Tooling Costs

The quote will include any tooling costs if necessary.

Production Time

Your Synaflex quote will include the anticipated production timeframe.

3.) Communicate approval.

Once approved, the quote can easily be converted into a scheduled production item. Completion and shipment date will be provided.

Approval

Upon your approval, Synaflex will activate the project.

Scheduled Production

Synaflex will schedule production of your custom rubber part.

Timeline Provided

Synaflex will provide the production completion and shipment date.

Need a project in a hurry? Synaflex prides itself on typical lead times of approximately 3 to 4 weeks and as quick as one week if expedited. If we cannot meet that date, our team will reach out immediately to notify you of the new shipment date.
